DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
No. We can do as many or as little as you need.
HOW DO I REQUEST A CUSTOM STATIONERY ORDER OR ADD EXTRA ELEMENTS?
Please contact us email@example.com to discuss any different ideas, colours etc or if you are unsure about anything.
CAN I CHANGE THE FOIL COLOUR?
Yes. We have access to many foil colours, please get in touch if you'd like to discuss.
CAN I ADD A PHOTO TO MY STATIONERY?
Yes. Please send any photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure it is high res.
HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO BE DISPATCHED?
Apparel: 1-3 working days please refer to the shipping policy page for shipping times.
Stationery: 4 weeks
Knitted Items: 2-3 weeks
Please be aware this is subject to change particularly at busy times of the year.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
All our orders are subject to cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. After that your order will be in production and not be able to be cancelled.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Once we have received your email, we will then contact you with our returns address and further instructions.
Please note this only applies to our apparel and accessory ranges and not to any stationery or knitted items which are not returnable.
HOW DO I CARE OR MY FOR MY GARMENTS?
APPAREL - WHOLESALE
UK - 1-3 business days.
Europe & America: 5-14 Business days
Rest of the World: 7-14 Business days.
If you need an item for a specific date we recommend tracked shipping. This is due to the possibility of packages being delayed through customs and may result in taking taking longer.
Customs checks and any holidays especially busy periods may affect your order reaching you and could take up to 20-30 working days - but do not panic! It still may take up to 30 working days regardless of this. (UK up to 14 before deemed lost in the post) please also note that refunds for lost items will not be issued until after this time. We cannot be held responsible for international items being held at customs or delayed through customs as we cannot control this.
